Prekëse, humb besimin tek drejtësia kosovare – kërkon ndihmë nga ambasadat e huaja

Gjilan – Ymer Selimi qytetar nga Zhegra i atakuar e sulmuar disa here në pronën e tij dhe pas heshtjes dhe mos intervenimit dhe gjetjes së akterëve të veprave penale ka vendosur t`i shkruaj ambasadave të akredituara në Kosovë, EULEX-it, OSBE-së si dhe Aleksandër Lumezit. Letra e Ymer Selimit është prekëse dhe flet për gjendjen e rëndë në sistemin e drejtësisë në Gjilan e Kosovë.

Duke e pasur parasysh natyrën dhe peshat e veprave të kryera ndaj meje e familjes time në vazhdimësi që nga viti 2013, ku fillimisht më është djegur sera në gusht të vitit 2013, pastaj sërish djegia e serës në korrik të vitit 2015, e së fundmi edhe në korrik të vitit 2016 ka ndodhur edhe djegia e veturës (Kombi Volksëagen VË) ku të gjitha rastet janë cilësuar si zjarrvënie e qëllimshme dhe dëmtim i pronës.

Akterët e këtyre veprave me motive të ulëta për t`i shfryer frustrimet e tyre dëshirojnë të mbjellin frikën, ankthin, stresin dhe pasigurinë tek familja e ime e cila rrezikohet në çdo moment të ekzistojë apo të zhduket.

Kjo u vërtetua tani së fundmi, rasti i 4-të më radhë në mesnatën e 14 Gushtit 2016 ku shtëpia ime ishte gjuajtur me 3 shishe koktej molotovi. Kjo vepër u cilësua si rrezikim i përgjithshëm, andaj unë jam i shtyer të kërkoja ndihmë tek bashkësia ndërkombëtare, unë i jam drejtuar ambasadave si: Amerikane, Gjermane, Suedeze, Zvicerane dhe Norvegjeze tek te të cilat kam kërkuar ndihmë për çështje të sigurisë si dhe statusin e azil kërkuesit, vetëm e vetëm ta shpëtoja familjen nga vdekja, këtë kam qenë i shtyer ta kërkoja për shkak të neglizhencës së deritashme në zbardhjen e akteve të veprave të kryera permanente – recidiviste dhe kriminale.

Unë kërkova disa herë të kontaktoja prokurorinë (kryeprokurorin në Gjilan Zt.Jetish Maloku) e tani së fundmi me 15.07.2016 pas rastit të fundit (të 4-tin me radhë), por kurrsesi nuk më pranon me arsyetimin se jam i zënë.

Pas kësaj mua nuk më mbetet tjetër pos t`i drejtohem edhe prokurorisë së shtetit – kryeprokurorit Aleksander Lumezi, prokurorisë së EULEX-it si dhe OSBE-së.

Unë dhe familja ime ende shpresojmë se rasti do të zbardhet, por jemi optimist tek ambasadat në fjalë tek të cilat kemi kërkuar ndihmën për sigurinë e familjes sime, përmes azil kërkuesit, e cila kërkesë shpresoj se do të has në mirëkuptim dhe do të shmanget më e keqja, më tragjikja që mund t`i ndodh familjes sime ka shkruar në letrën e tij Ymer Selimi.

Dear Embassy,
Few days ago I addressed to you the message which you can find below where I asked for help from your embassy and your country, but yesterday on 14 August, 2016, 11:30 PM my house has been attacked for the 4th time, using 3 molotov cocktails – by which the “elimination” of my family has been attempted, through this barbarian act. Thanks to the quick intervention of fire-fighters and police in the scene, we survived from the worst thing that could happen, yet the authors of these acts are not being identified.
Previous letter:
“I am forced to address this message to you and your country to ask for help about my family which is in danger to be “vanished” through criminal acts since 4 years ago.
All the attempts that I will be describing below are intentional and they have been officially classified as arson – using molotov cocktails and bottles with gasoline by which my property has been burned down 3 times in a row.
– The first case happened in 09 August 2013, 1:10 AM, when they burned down my property, my greenhouse specifically using a 2L bottle with gasoline.
– The second case happened in 27 July 2015, 1:30 AM, when they burned down greenhouse again using a bottle of gasoline but this time the damages were more major.
– Now, the third case happened in 25 July 2016, 1:30 AM, when they burned down my car (Volkswagen VW) using a bottle of gasoline again, in the same way that these persons did before.
My whole family is feeling anxious, frightened and scared for 4 years now, hoping that one day they will not be burned down to death while they’re sleeping.
Dear Embassy, dear United States of America, I want to inform you that me and my family are not feeling safe to live in our country Kosovo exactly due to these issues. The competent authorities such as the Police, Investigators, Justice have been neglecting these cases even though there were suspicions based on facts and arguments and evidences – which were found in the scene by the forensics team.
The forensics team still could not find the authors of these barbarian acts – the main purpose of which is “vanishing” me and my family through criminal acts like arson.
Due to this negligence by authorities such criminal acts may even end up with more tragical damages such as life losses of my family members.
Dear embassy, dear United States of America, the negligence of authorities which do not offer me any type of security even though these cases are clearly recidivistic, known by the whole public of my country (through social media).
Due to these cases and the feeling of not being secure to live here, I’ve been obligated to put the property in sale just to save my self, my wife and 4 children from the worst thing that could happen – death.
Now the only hope of my family, its rescue, its security is you and your country which we see as the only solution for this problem. We truly hope that you will help us by offering us shelter through asylum programs or any other possible form.

I am really looking forward to hear a response from you or hopefully you could arrange an appointment at your embassy so I could present everything in detail right in front of you.
